Continued investment in people, technology and infrastructure has proved key to setting the standard for service in the industry.

SSC Industrial Flooring were contracted to survey, specify and install a new resin flooring system within their Basingstoke facility, which would be able to withstand the heavy usage from foot traffic and numerous wheeled traffic including laundry trolleys and pallet trucks.

The existing substrate which was a tiled surface had been in place for a number of years and was deteriorating throughout meaning there were many trip hazards for workers within the facility. Using AltroCrete PU Excel screed we were able to offer our client a new surface which would be able to stand up to the rigors of their heavy day to day usage.

Due to workload and operational restrictions, Johnsons Apparelmaster were not able to shut down during the installation. Due to our flexible approach, we were able to work around them meaning installations took place on Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays over 4 weekends. The installations had no effect on their day to day operations and they were able to use the newly installed areas on the Monday morning.
